Long wait for delivery and Customs is going to nail you

ordered a shirt mid November 2022, received it today, 20th Jan 2023 after they promised 16 day turnaround - yes not their fault as the South African postal system is archaic, but on collection - customs nailed me for R500. For a shirt that cost R600 in South Africa, but not available in the small town I live in.
