Trade245 not being able to withdraw

This company been igroniring assisting me been two months now , i have a problem on doing internal transfer , from my trading account to my Wallet i have made huge profits now i am blocked from withdrawing my funds , i have a solid evidence on what is happening i have did a screen recording concerning my issue up to this day they not resolved it , when ever i ask for a feedback they always tell me the samething that they have just contacted the relavent department
