Poor Broker. Poor Support.

This is a poor Broker. My experience so far: They don't provide emailed trading account statements. One needs to download the trade account history from their client portal. Their support desk said it's to save on costs. They also do not have a customer contact call center to call, one can reach them via Instagram or via email only. They deleted my individual trading transactions account history and left a summarized line item per instrument traded. This was done without informing me about it. When there were technical issues with MT4, there was no communication from them about the problem or when it will be resolved. I have seen spread widening as big as 79 pips on my overnight open positions. My experience leaves me with a sense of uncomfortableness to trade with this Trdea245.
