Off Quotes error when trading big news event link USA NFP and Interest Rates

Useless broker. They used to be a good broker but now you can tell that they are struggling. We can't trade big news event now because the are always "off quotes". I am withdrawing my funds and moving to another broker. I'm tired of this ****.
