This investigation legally allows them to hold your money for up to 30 business days (6 weeks), completely ignoring the real-world hardship of having your finances frozen without notice.

The lack of urgency and communication is appalling. It is clearly a tactic to frustrate successful clients and protect their own bottom line, as they have no problem quickly processing withdrawals from losing accounts. This is an unfair and predatory practice. Look for a broker with a better reputation for honoring withdrawals.
