Ill mannered Customer care service agent

I was being assisted by an agent of a trading broker called Trade245,he just dropped the phone on me.

I just made a deposit into my trading account,now the funds aren't showing on my dashboard. I call their customer care, as I was trying to explain my issue,the phone was dropped to my ear. This is the 2nd time this has happened, I'm beginning to think this broker is a ****
