I bought a Badboy watch few years ago. It started giving me issues and it was way after the warranty has expired. I contacted Badboy and was responded by Trade only gifts. Winny from TOGSA was so efficient. The watch was collected within 24hours. It was repaired and a new strap fitted and delivered back to me at no extra cost to transportation.
