Worst Problem Resolution _EVER!!

27 July 2024: After purchasing the car, I noticed various problems such as oil leaks, faulty air conditioning, and engine warning lights. I immediately informed Thando Ngobeni, who referred me to Ihanzu Auto & Engineering Pty. 4 August 2024: Encountered an Engine Oil Pressure light, and despite offering to bring the car in myself, the issue continued.

6 August 2024: I delivered the car to Trade Marc for repairs and requested an oil leak check. I did not receive the car back until 22 August, and the problems persisted.

27 August 2024: The car was returned, but the issues were still unresolved. On 2 September 2024, the engine light came on again, and after several unsuccessful attempts to contact Thando, I voiced my dissatisfaction on 9 September 2024.

September 2024: Took the car back to the dealership, where Mr. Marc directed repairs to Ihanzu Auto & Engineering, but the issues continued.

October 2024: Had a diagnostic test at Car Care Clinic, revealing numerous faults, including concerns about the safety of previous repairs. I discussed a quotation for repairs with Mr. Marc, who promised to follow up, but communication has since stalled.

Hitherto, the engine failure light is back, oil leaks persist, and there are ongoing issues with the engine mounts. To top it all off; the dealership has been quiet SINCE...
