Trade- Marc Auto: Stay Away

A week after I purchase a car from these guys, it lost power on the road. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to have the car back and fix what was wrong with it. I got it back a day later. 5 months later, on my way to work, the engine sign turned up, showing overheating, I then took the car to a certified workshop, and then the warranty repudiated my claim- Reason: The car is modified. I have since been trying to get these guys to admit that they sold me a modified vehicle without my knowledge and they have been ignoring my every attempt. I have seen a review on this platform 100% similar to mine. They have done it to someone else, now they are doing it to me. They have now completely ignored all attempts from MIOSA to try and solve the matter. I have approached the National Consumer Tribunal and I am hoping for some assistance. Trade-Marc Auto is not who they appear to be. I hope you are not their next victim.
