TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP

<p>I purchased a BMW from Trade-Marc in July/Aug 2016. When i saw the advert i was very impressed because the car had low mileage and had FSH. I purchased the car cash and i had to take the car back twice for things to be fixed. To date i have not received the FSH inspite of my attempts to ask for it. The car also has electrical problem and i feel its very unfair the treament and the service that i have received from this Dealership. If there is anyone that can tell me what my rights are with regards to this. I love the car but because of the problems i am having i just want them to take it back and fix what needs to be fixed.</p>
