Pathetic service and salesmanship

Dealership salesman are unattentive and borderline rude. I been waiting 2 days for a response to my application for finance for a vehicle. No persons from the dealership phoned or messaged with an update. After viewing a car the salesman goes off and does his own thing. They advertise full service history for the vehicle but upon arrival no service history can be provided. The owner rudely refuses to negotiate on price and gives negative comments on your trade in vehicle. Please take caution if planning on viewing a vehicle from this place. Renfense was one of the salesman. Dealership acts as if they are doing you a favour but we are the customers, we need to be treated with respect.
