Motor Vehicle Complaint

On March 2024, I bought a vehicle from Trade Marc located in Sandton and ever since then I have had many issues with car I was sold,

The Mini Cooper S that I bought was sold me at a reasonable cost, since I am from Durban, it was delivered to me, as happy as I was, I did not think it was to my detriment.

In May 2024, just two months after the car being delivered, the car started showing over heating issues on the engine, upon memtioning this to the owner, the owner was not interested at all and told me that It was delivered as is. Then when coming back to work I went passed the mall to buy a few groceries for my household, then car would not start, when calling the owner Jean he spoke to me rudely and said to me that I need to do a diagnostic of the car at my cost, I refused to do so because as I advised jean, I was reporting these as I saw them but nothing was done. The owner is so rude, does not want to listen but yet is advising people to buy cars from his garage, I believe the car will not have engine problems with just two months of purchase, I was sold faulty car, non serviced and now no one is even caring to assist me,

If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle at Trade-Marc , then please think again, they do not care about customers, they have no care at all about everything that you are complaining about I have since laid a complaint with the motor industry but until today the garage has not responded, I did the diagnostic of the vehicle and they found out that the vehicle has things wrong for up to R35 000.
