Make sure you pay for what you get

I'm writing from a sad heart. In 2023 I bought a car at Trade Marc based in Fourways. The place looks legit and I though it's in Fourways it should be good. The car was advertised that it also has Bluetooth on the radio and when I checked there's no Bluetooth. Then I asked where is the Bluetooth I'm told to buy Bluetooth connector.Which I didn't and told Refentse I want my value for the money I paid for the car, and while I was busy with the Bluetooth the car got stuck on the freeway and this happened within 3 months of buying the car. I told them that I'm stuck to come collect the vehicle and check what's wrong.It was towed to them and was told I can't drive the car I damaged it. Wow! The car was checked and was told to buy the but which I told them I wouldn't dare. Eventually after the run around they fixed it at their cost. After they fixed it that's when I realized that the car was also sold to me without being serviced. You tell them they give you a run around and excuses. So going back to the Bluetooth issue after fixing the car Refentse told to forget the Bluetooth as I was done a favor of getting my car fixed. It's not favor it's what was supposed to be done before selling the car than thinking of the profit.
