I wouldn't do it again

The salesman is an extremely friendly guy, makes you trust him and promises you excellent service. Indeed, the purchase transaction was smooth. But that was the only thing that went right. I bought a car from them (2015 VW POLO 1.2 TSI) in November of 2021. It had travelled 160000km, with "full service history" that had semi-recorded entries of service (the car was crying for a service within 3 months of driving it). The car had cable tie strips holding up numerous parts under the hood. The entire radiator cradle needed replacement. The engine coolant container was soiled, almost like a child threw a handful of sand in there. It turns out the car was in an accident with other damaged and worn elements I couldn't see even if I pretended to be a mechanic - saw all this from the VW service feedback when they quoted me on what they found. This was never disclosed to me, and they denied it when I confronted them. Took them to the Ombudsman and they had to pay to cover repair costs. The company owner is extremely rude and has no regard for you whatsoever once you've bought the car and signed the papers. This company tricks people out of their hard-earned money and doesn't care that they're putting people's lives in danger with the products they're selling, pretending and lying about them being in perfect condition.
