I bought a car at their dealership and I was charged for licensing and all and I was told the car supported CarPlay, had two car keys and that it’s accident free. Upon collection I’m realising it doesn’t support carplay and the second key isn’t with them and the disk is expired and Refentse ( the guy who arranged everything for me that has to do with the car at the dealer) assures me he’ll courier the key and license disk. After 16 days he still hasn’t sent anything and doesn’t update me, he in fact avoids my calls even. The car was involved in an accident, had a hole on the engine cover and the Front cross member was broken on the side of the hole, and front spoiler was cracked on the same side of the hole. I’m very unhappy with their failure to demonstrate transparency
