**** DEAD BATTERY POLO TSI

I bought a Polo TSI in December 2024 from Trade Marc. I was assisted by Refentse. I Bought the car for R260 000.00 cash. I was given a **** service history. They also put a wrong battery in the car. As a first buyer I don’t know anything until January when the car started giving me problems about the battery. Last week the car couldn’t start at all. I was towed by my insurance. I went to Battery Centre & Midas where they checked the battery and informed me that it’s a wrong battery for the car and it’s completely finished. I spent R4000.00 to purchase a battery today. I am disappointed by the ********ity and misrepresentation done by Refentse representing Trade Marc. After I spent my hard earned money. They rewarded me with a **** battery.
