Bad Service from THE LARCHE FAMILY T/A TRADE-MARC (TRMA) Branch Name TRADE-MARC (TRMA001)

I found a sales person On Instagram who works for a company called THE LARCHE FAMILY T/A TRADE-MARC (TRMA) Branch Name TRADE-MARC (TRMA001) iFourways and their page name on Instagram is: bestdealvehicle_1 And the sales person's name is Refentse I had a car that I had an eye on then I sent in my paperwork den got the approval from MFC that the deal was approved then we scheduled an appointment nd indeed I went to Fourways nd I reside in soshanvuve. When I got there they told me the car has been sold however they can provide me with an alternative Then we Opted for a hyundai i20 2011 model

As we where busy with the paperwork I was given an contract (2) one from the dealer and one from the bank

And as I went through the contract without anyone explaining it to me, I picked up that numbers they don't correspond and as I asked the sales person He told me that they will do the amendments and send me another contract to sign and since I leave far they will deliver the vehicle. The following morning that is today the 18th August 2020 they send another contract now these contract has some information that I know and they don't correspond 1.The car is manual and on the contract it was automatic. 2. The cars millage did not corresponding to the one the contract. 3. The contract was drafted when I was in their office however the contract had a delivery fee 4. The total amount of the car and the total amount from the bank did not correspond. 5. They told me the car had a full service book and when I demanded to see it I was told the book is lost.

The sad part is that when you ask to get clarity they become mad at you but your a client for asking however they don't explain or even disclose anything. FAIS is not being app**** in that dealership You don't know if someone is rendering their services under supervision or their a full rep they do t disclose at all

And My concern is what if I signed that contract and I happen to be in an accident and they have declared to the insurance that my car was automatic and reality being my car was manual.

I call and wanted to speak to the manager to explain my story as they where very impatient with me and Refentse told me that I won't get any help if I want I can cancel the deal.

I wonder how many people signed contracts that did not correspond or people who been misled by Refentse just to rush to take the car. Imagine using your resources to travel to Fourways from soshanvuve to be treated like that. I'm so not Happy at all
