Bad customer service

I bought vehicle there i was promised spare key still today I'm still waiting for spare key its been more than a year now i asked for spare key before i purchase vehicle and i was told that i will get the key after 1 week now when i call Refentse he doesn't answer i have to drive from Pretoria to Fourways for stories
