Trade Guy - No Response

I Placed my Order and payed for 2 months ago.<br> I emailed Trade guy numerous times but always get the same automated response which state if you want to change color or size then they will assist.<br> <br> I have not received a tracking number or anything form them.<br> When I log into my account it states that the fulfillment has been met.<br> <br> I have not received my Order nor any reply.<br> I have asked for a full refund but is met with silence!!!<br> <br> This is very bad service and false advertising.<br> <br> Order Date Payment Status Fulfillment Status Total<br> #22433 Jul 15, 2015 paid fulfilled R 724.30 ZAR
