Shocking product and service

I have ordered 2 items from Trade Guy on the 8th of July 2015, whom I believed were NZ based and was assured of the quality, size and efficiency in terms of delivery. After numerous unanswered emails I finally received a notice to collect a parcel from the post office. Before releasing the parcel, I had to pay a courier charge of R108.44. According to the website, it was supposed to be free. Once I opened the parcel, I found both items to be of an inferior quality, also stated that it was made in China and not NZ. The size was supposed to be of a 46, upon measuring I found it to be of a 39.<br> This is my first time buying from them, I am shocked at how they hoodwinked me.
