Order Placed on 11 Dec 15, Still no Delivery

I have placed an order from Trade Guy on the 11th of December 2015, Today is the 1st of March 2016, I have not received my order, I have sent 4 e-mails with a very delayed apologising for the late delivery, but contain no ETA, or Shipping no.
