Non delivery since May 2016

I placed my order on 19/05/2015 and paid for it, however to date (08/03/2016) have not received my package. My order number was 21201, and my tracking item RO***CN. Having sent them numerous requests via Facebook, I was advised that the problem was with the SA post office, which at the end of the day is not my problem as my purchase is with Trade Guy not SA post office, I have not received my products, yet Trade Guy received payment. My contact has been with a John, then a Tim, and still no resolution to my issue. My last response received was on 24/12/2015 and since then have had nothing, I have sent three follow up messages since then, all ignored. I want my money back, as Trade Guy's customer service is appalling. I do not want to hear of postage problems they have encountered, and that it's out of their hands. I just want my refund. I will never purchase from Trade Guy again.
