Disappointed
On the 23rd of Sep 2015 I placed & paid for an order. Ref. No. #23341 It is now mid May 2016 & nobody at The Trade Guy can tell me where my order is. This is outrages & disgusting. Keep the order and return my money! Vernon

We think that under the Hello Peter terms of trade you are supposed to advise us if you leave a bad review.
We're sorry you're disappointed. When the parcel stopped tracking we notified you of our intention to replace it free of charge in December 2015. However, as you know it s****ed tracking again, and SAPO have tried to deliver it to you and left a card. There isn't anything we can do as it's not missing anymore. We're sure that you will enjoy your item as soon as you collect it.
