3 months later and still have not received goods

I ordered online, however after getting confirmation that the goods have arrived in SA, I have since not heard anything further. I do not have a tracking number as I was told that the goods have to first go through to customs.<br> <br> Its been 3 months and still I have heard no feedback nor received the goods which I have paid for.<br> <br> Its unacceptable however I have been unable to contact them.
