3 months and no delivery

I've purchased and paid for some clothing from Tradeguy 3 months ago, after several emails and blog complaints, I have yet to receive feedback or my purchase. I was sent a tracking number and it seems to have left China on 3 August with a link to SAPO and when I contact SAPO they're saying that it is still in transit. Unacceptable levels of service and a complete fail. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them as you may never receive the goods that you've purchased.
