Poor service from manager

We went to trade center in Springs today , looking for the catering packs of butter. As we need it for my daughter wedding on Saturday.We approached the fridge and asked the packer, whom was busy packing stock. There were loads of perishable stock standing in steel bins, with only 1 packer. What does this say about ensuring good cold chain. We asked the packer where the butter is and he pointed the C***** box of butter out to us. There was no price on the shelf(I will share the pics on social networks) and when we asked the staff member the price he showed me the electronic price on display which indicated R110.00. When we got to the till the price was close to R300. The manager Mike Goodhead (with no sense of customer service) didn’t even greet. He went straight onto defense and said I won’t give it to you at this price as I will be below my cost and I won’t do it. He went to his computer and checked the cost price and said, I won’t give it to you. I said to him what about CPA and his reply was”you must read the small print”. I said do you expect customers to stand in front of every label to make sure the price, description and code correspond with the product and he said yes you should. He is very arrogant and shouldn’t even be in the capacity of a packer and now he needs to deal with customers!!! I said to him I will report the matter and he challenged me to do so!
