Not wanting to pay the final payment

Sieg Bierman sold our tractor for us. He then had a lot of stories to pay us the money owed. We have been struggling now more than 4 months to get all of the money from him. He always say he will make a payment in the afternoon and then nothing happens. He usually uses his family situation to make excuses for non payment. We need the money and he is taking the food from our mouths! <br> <br> <br>
