Dishonest

Dear Reader

I purchased several pieces of equipment from Tractor Kingdom in 2017. Cost approx. R168 000. Herewith the issues which they refuse to repair/ refund:

1. Tractor Ford 4000: - No toplink provided upon delivery, despite commitment to do so. - One tyre beyond end of life, despite promise by sale staff to replace both tyres before delivery. - Stabilizers much too big for tractor. Wrong parts fitted. - Bearings needed replacement after only 5 hours of use. - Oil leaks on hydraulics after only 5 hours of use. - Battery supp**** faulty from 1st day of use. (second hand and visibly end of life)

2. Non-delivery and no refund on small John Deere tractor after 6 months, various phone calls and emails to staff and Sieg Bierman personally. Not even a letter from my lawyers got any positive response from him other than "my daughter is an advocate.....".

3. Ripper machine supp**** much too big for tractor.

4. Sprayer machine is not working. Needed to be repaired before I could use it.

In short, all this company does is make promises. Equipment was delivered weeks too late. Each time you call, you are promised next week, in two days, tomorrow etc. But nothing gets delivered. Refund promises is not worth the effort you make calling or emailing them. The best advise is: Do not purchase from this company or do business with Sieg Bierman in the first place.
