Delivery of Pioneer Lucern Planter

I was looking for a lucern planter for a friend in Namibia. On 28 August 2017 the owner of Tractor Kingdom, Sieg Bierman told me he can get one from the Mpumalanga Lowveld for the price of R1500.00. After I contacted my friend, Jimmy Bassingthwaighte in Okahandja he confirmed that he is prepared to buy this [lanter.. I started the negotiations with the sales lady of Tractor Kingdom, Cornell. I was promised that the planter will arrive two days later and tractor kingdom will repair everything that needs to be fixed before the planter will be send to Namibia. on 1 September 2017 no planter has yet arrived. on 4 September 2017 I took Photos of said planter and send to Jimmy in Namibia and he greed to buy the Machine if everything will be fixed. on 5 September 2017 Cornell gave me all the on the planterand taht there will be a guarantee that the planter will be serviced, fixed and painted before sending it to Namibia. Tractor Kingdom will see to all documentation to export the planter to Namibia, all inclusive to the agreed price. On 5 October Jimmy contacted Cornell why the planter was not delivered yet. Cornell's excuse was that there was a problem with transport, after visiting Tractor Kingdom I discovered that the planter was still not serviced or fixed. On Monday 9 October 2017 Cornell promised Jimmy that the planter will be loaded for delivery on Wednesday 11 October 2017, on 12 October 2017 still no planter in Namibia. On 13 October 2017 I received a message from Cornell that the planter has left for Namibia. On 14 Ocrober Cornell informed me that the planter has not been sent to Namibia yet. On Thursday 19 October 2017 I went to Tractor Kingdom and was again promised by Cornell that the planter will leave on Friday 20 October 2017. Today is 31 October 2017 and still no planter in Namibia. in the meantime I spoke to the owner Sieg Bierman and he promised that he will investigate the problem and report back to me. still waiting for his call.
