Incident at Hugenote Tollgate

Earlier this evening I drove through the tollgate,on my way to Breede Vallei.Just as I was reaching out to pay,my window decided to roll up and I was left with my arm stuck in the window!People queueing behind,but the lady at the window was patient and even came out to see if she couldn't assist me.I opened the door,so she could see I am trying to open the window with my other hand,eventually the window rolled down.I unfortunately didn't get her name,coz I was in shock at what just happened. Just want to say thank you to the lady for attempting to assist.Thank you for going beyond what is expected of you.I truly wish you well.May you be blessed
