Unprofessional and Unhelpful Service from Tracknetics(Romeo)
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Tracknetics when I called to raise a concern about the location of my vehicle. Instead of assisting me, their manager, Romeo, was dismissive and unwilling to properly listen to my complaint. He misquoted the terms of my contract, and when it became clear that he was wrong, he abruptly ended the call without offering any help or resolution. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I feel let down by a company I trusted with my vehicle’s safety.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that Tracknetics’ tracking and recovery services are strictly intended for theft and hijacking incidents. Matters of a civil or domestic nature, such as disputes between private parties over possession or use of a vehicle, fall outside the scope of our normal recovery services and should be reported to the South African Police Service.
In your situation, our team did offer to assist with a special recovery at an additional cost due to the nature of the case, but you declined that option. Unfortunately, we cannot deploy recovery resources for matters that do not qualify as theft or hijacking under our service terms.
