Would like to acknowledge and praise the TRACKNETICS Team in Joburg. They were able to help me with ease and urgency. I made a call and the team went above and beyond their call of duty to help me with recovering my car. They were patient and persistent, especially taking into account that I was in Free State and the matter was being handled in Johannesburg. I knew from the start that I can trust them because they acted promptly! My car was recovered within 2 hours! The recovery team on the ground and the agent Mr Thabo Malaza at headquarters never hesitated to keep in constant communication with me regarding the progress. There were a lot of setbacks however they were persistent and determined to deliver their promise to me, that is, to recover my car. A friend of mine collecting the car was even escorted to her residence by the armed recovery team, ensuring her safety. I will be forever greatful for this work and support they gave me, even a follow up call the next day, very professional. They understand the assignment!
