Tracknetics is a ****

I’m very unhappy with tracknetics. They have been debiting me twice a month, which I called in about to get it fixed and the consultant I spoke to assured me that the error has been fixed. To my surprise I now have 3 active debit orders for the same month and they are all taking money even after being assured that it is fixed so they basically added another instead of removing from the 2 that were active. Definitely finding myself another tracking company.
