Tracknetics bad customer Service and *****

I have a Hugh Problem with the tracknetics company Service

Where they had to transfer my Unit TRN3414PLUStracker device from one car to another car till today ,they haven’t done that as per below communication that was the 24 February2023...Same day we had called the Track Company to update them about the new car details and arrange for the device to be transfer to the new Car!!up to date it hasn't happened. On the 06 of July ,I was Hijacked on my way from Work in Pretoria....

but when the Insurance assess requested my trips from tracknetics, They gave me the wrong Coordinate stating that,i was in Soweto which we were communicating with Mails and that is ***** (I was not in Soweto but Pretoria) and the Mail was sent by tracknetics mean while they didn't insert any Device in my New car( Reason: their Technician is staying far or he will rearrange a day to come, then when he finally do come he doesn't have the device to be in stall in the car or come while i have to go to work without appointment.

Till today am still paying for something that i don't have and when i want to be release from the Contract they tell me about 36 month while they had bridge the contract from their End.

The below is apparently my car trip log ,whereby they don’t have nor inserted the track device in my car and the question I have been asking them, where did they get those trips !!no one can answer me
