Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Tracknetics *Rating:* 5 out of 5 *Review:* My car was involved in an accident and the device was affected. I didn't tell them anything about the accident but their consultant are the one who reached me and told me that the device is not picking up the location am I safe. Told them the story and the consultant told me once the car has been fixed I should let them know so that they may come replace the device. Of which I did and the technician was sent the very same day and the device was replaced. Last week I also lost my phone and in it there was my app I contacted them via whatsapp and spoke to a consultant by the name of Khuthadzo the response was swift and quick. It only took them 2minutes to help me out. Am happy with their work ethic
