TrackMyParcel a complete ****

In trying to track a registered letter my mother had sent from the UK to me, I put its tracking number on TrackMyParcel, thinking it was the official tracking site of the SA Post Office. I then started receiving regular emails from "Mark", telling me that my "parcel" (which it never was) was making good progress. When I discovered that it has nothing to do with the Post Office and that actually they have no clue as to the progress of the letter, I politely sent them an email to ask that they don't contact me anymore and remove my email address from their database. Despite numerous request, I keep getting annoying spam from them. Their site gives no contact phone number, it seems the main way of communicating with them is to create a profile on their site, which is the last thing I want to do. The only way I have been able to contact them so far is via their ********** which apparently is either staffed by *****s, or doesn't actually exist. The fact that they still keep telling me a "parcel" is making good progress, when the letter was delivered ages ago, is proof enough of their incompetence. I would recommend that no one ever uses this company!
