Your product support Ntombi was rude, dissmisive, shouted at me and refused to listen to anything i had to say

Your product support is rude, dismissive, shouts at customers and refuses to listen to them. On Friday (14/06/2019) at exactly 13:37:04 I was called by a melissa. She called me to update me regarding the status of my account but misunderstood it to be a query. I told her it wasn't really a query but more an update the only issue I had is that when testing my unit I requested to be told where my vehicle was so I know the unit really works as oppose to just being told that the unit works. Melissa advised that due to the package I am on they do not do it but rather there is some kind of report that they can offer me but would need to put me through to product support. I was put through to Ntombi who shouted at me, refused to listen to me when i tried explaining that Melissa spoke of some report, tried to tell her to align with Melissa as they were contradicting each other but shouted even more and was down right rude and dismissive to the point i had to hang up. I refuse to spend money where I am disrespected,
