Your email last week : "We got you">>> No you don't

You sent me an email last week titled "We got you" and in it you addressed the Tracker Family (can you hear the derisive laugh???) You aint got me! What you got is my money for a **** product I'd have divorced myself from the "family" long ago if it weren't for two things: changing tracker companies would be a mission and I think that I'd probably have the same issues with any other tracker company in SA **** product? Hell, Yes!!! Failed to connect. Service unavailable. Events like these occur so often that I think you should only be charging me 50% of the price. And, please, I'm aware of the disclaimer clause about connectivity in my contract. I don't give a **** for it. You sell me a sevice, you provide a service that works - all the time. I don't know how or why ICASA lets you (and the rest of the industry porobably) get away with this Don't bother to come back to me - you probably can't or won't do anything that will make a significant difference and I'll bet that in a year's time I'll be even more frustrated with the difficulties and failures with the product - which should operate absolutely seamlessly and without failures but doesn't so often

Yesterday afternoon at two public parking pkaces, unable to use the app. Upon opening it, it required loh=gin. "Login Failed: We don't recognise that username and password combination". Triued again when I got home. Same result. Tried again this morning - sam result. Have uninstalled and reloaded the app this afternoon and still can't login: same result. Is this also a connectivity issue - refer discussion with your Thaba Selibe on 14th)

Further comment: I see your earlier statement that the query has been amicably resolved. Not so! Nice to be able to tick the box (whether correct or not) and boost your query resolution percentages but .....am I the only customer who has issues with connection to Cell C when I need to activate? I can't believe this and I also can't believe that you would not be aware of it. So, the question is: instead if hiding behind the (obviously ICASA approved but maybe not?) disclaimer in your customer contracts, what are you doing to address Cell C in the interest of keeping your customers satisfied - and needless to say: loyal to the product?????
