Wrong car loaded for more than a year

November 2013 I bought a car, the dealership installed a tracker skytrax in my vehicle. Recently I decided to log on to mytracker. A car that does not belong to mine were loaded there and my car is nowhere to be found. Now my question is: how do they track your car if they did not even notice that the car they loaded on their system and the unit installed in the car does not match. I phoned them yesterday and said they would resolve it. No feedback whatsoever from their side. I've been paying for more than a year.
