Worst Tracking Company in SA *****s

I installed a tracking device in my vehicle for R99 per month. On the original call there was no mention that this is a 36month contract. After selling the vehicle I tried to cancel the unit, I was not offered to be able to take out the unit and transfer it to the new vehicle. After a lot of calls back and forth.. to no avail. I was informed that I will have to pay for the full 36 months. Not only that the pricing went up after 12 months of paying by nearly double that what was agreed upon. I waited the time out as I asked for the original transcripts and is currently 5 Years later, still waiting. I then called to cancel...it was never canceled and they kept taking money. I tried stopping the debit order only for it to be reinstated. I then lost my work and could not pay, they kept taking the money and I fell in arears. Now after mails with one of the credit controllers, where i went on record on mail requesting all transcripts of my calls, which i am still waiting for, I was told after giving him dates ect , that I need to call the call center. I think this is most appalling to ***** money from people.
