Worst tracking company ever

My Toyota double cab Legend 50RS 2.8 GS Blue in colour 2021 model was ****** on 19/10/2024 with 2 (two) Tracker units. Recare Fit 160262GR (IR***) unit *** Rf 779E6E3A VH026 Tracker Ref.***Theft assist Fit 60265GR (IR 643026 Unit *** *** VH 02 Tracker Ref.*** 1)We have discovered my vehicle was ****** from a school reunion in Vanderbijlpark at 21H41. 2)We then logged on to the tracker app and saw that the battery was disconnected 4 hours prior, 3) The Tracker did not inform us of the battery disconnection; only after we inquired did they find that the vehicle was ****** and notice the disconnection. 4)Hilux still not found 5)Tracker notes it as an unsuccessful recovery. 6)How is this even possible with no SMS or notification with 2 (two) tracker units? 7)I demand compensation and a full explanation 8)Worst tracker company ever. 9)My access is R100000.00 (hundred thousand rands) and I must pay out of my own pocket.
