Worst services and tracking company to possibly use.

Worst tracking company I have used by far. I changed my plan from the care package which cost R199 to the R99 one ,each month I was still debited R199 without receiving the care package services then they decide to debit my account for 2months worth of services and they now refuses to refund me . I call using my airtime asking for my refund and each and every time I get excuses. It's my time ,my resources wasted on a daily basis doing follow ups trying to ensure their mess is sorted out. I truly am an unsatisfied and dissapointed customer.
