Worst service in my 13 years with Tracker

<p>A week ago I took delivery of my car from Mercedes,I phone tracker to please install a new device in my car. So my appointment was confirmed for sat 15 July 2017 at 9h30. The tracker guy arrives at my home, we give him the privacy to install the device, 30 min later he tells us that he might have 'created a shot' whatever that means. But what it basically meant was that the car needed to be towed out of my house to the dealer, because it was not drivable- there were warning signs everywhere.</p> <p>Now obviously I phone tracker to sort out their mess, one of the service consultants I speak to tells me that non of their senior management is in the office, so someone will call me on Monday.Wow! So since 9:30am on Saturday I am without a car. Let's fast track to Monday it's 8:00am and I speak to the forth product support consultant who I have to tell my incident all over even though I gave them the reference number. She assures me that the manager assigned to this case will call me at 8:30 as he only come into work at 8:30am. No call from tracker at 8:30am I send them an email., no response on the email. At 9:45am I call and request to speak to the Manager assigned to my case, he responds and tells me he is busy responding to my email. The email acknowledges the urgency of the matter and that someone will be dealing with my case. No apology to how I have been inconvenienced whatsoever. Apparently my case is an outlier, but obviously Tracker should have competent staff to deal with these incidents. I am so disappointed with how their are still dealing with the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
