Worst Service i have experienced in my life

In 2013 i sold my vehicle that was fitted with tracker. In 2015 i received a demand of R800 outstanding. I made payment arrangements and in april 2017 i received a paid upletter stating the the ITC would be updated within 7 to 14 working days. In the process of purchasing a new vehicle i get notified about a negative ITC listing foe tracker. On enquery i get told to phone trans union myself even though tracker was supposed to do it. And i get told i need to pay them for May's services. I have proof that the contract was cancelled. So tracker please tell me how long your 7 to 14 days are cause your inablity to update ITC records and you arrogant staff clearly have no idea what is happening in your business so can someone who is able to update ITC and get this fixed. Because my life is being affected by this. I will never fit a tracker in one of my vehicle ever again. If tracker can't even update ITC how will they find your vehicle.
