Worst Service EVER!

If you really value and love your vehicle, I will urge you to never ever consider installing a tracking unit in your vehicle from ‘’Tracker ‘’,

The service that I have received from Tracker from day one until the day my car was taken has been nothing but pain , regrets and disappointments . The consultants have no sympathy whatsoever to their clients and their attitude is so wrong in so many levels not sure if this is because they are used to people reporting hijackings and cars being ****** to a point that they don’t feel anything anymore towards the victims of these crimes which happen to be their clients , you have to constantly call for an update , only to be told that they will provide feedback to me when they have a lead and this could be 2- 5 years from now as they do not stop looking for a car, then what must I do as a client wait for 5 to 10 years to receive feedback from them , how is that suppose to make me feel if I am going to be told that, when I am paying for the services every month only to be told that all i need to do is to WAIT BECAUSE THEY IS NOTHING MORE THEY CAN DO FOR ME .
