WORST 36 months anyone could pay for!

I have had the WORST experience with Tracker. I was stuck in a 36 month contract with no support whatsoever. There have been times where I pressed my panic button for assistance and I didn’t even get an sms. They send you an SMS of “suspicious movement” of your vehicle but no action is done. What if my car was ******?? What’s worse is when they call you, you get put through to an automated system! I’ve been trying to cancel my contract but I can’t get hold of them and they never respond to my callback request. I’m attempting Cartrack, surely it’s better than this.
