With customer service like this, it is a question of time before they go down.

I should have read all the complaint about Tracker before I joined them......... pathetic customer service. I joined, only have my account suspended due to some odd R200 owed to the from my past. No communication about this, until I phoned in to query why I am suspended. (by then my account was suspended for a long time already) And In the meantime I am very happy that my brand new car is protected !! What a joke. To try and reason with their customer service is even worse.. I will tell everybody as far as I go about my experience with them ! a Company like this do not deserve to stay in business.
