Why Tracker

Tracker South Africa have deducted payments from my personal account for a vehicle I don't even own, I've contacted them via telephone and their Whatsapp line on numerous occasions and all respond I got was "WAIT" I even mailed them an affidavit stating that I don't/ever had an Opel Corsa and still nothing. My waiting days are now over. The first deduction was made in December 2018 and I recovered a couple of payments through my bank. My Tracker Ref Nr is GW4294. Please assist.
