Why so useless

Ok.. Just about had enough of this.. made a booking for tuesday 10.45 am. Technitian didnt pitch.. well he phoned and left a voice message saying he will be an half an hour late.. didnt pitch.. when i phoned he didnt pick up the phone.. later i phoned call centre which told me to re schedule.. but no explanation whatsoever on why the guy didnt pitch.. so told him i only had tuesday and friday after two in which he said he will call me back.. he never did.. not a sms not a call nothing.. but they want money and i have to pay for the installment.. i have to pay each month and they want R1100 fee for transfer of device but i get no service.. really pathetic...
