We are not protected here

The service offered here is of questionable standards

Have an issue hanging for days and they all are too busy to focus on it.

I had a car over a year ago and i canceled this service over their app when i sold the the car, though i cancelled they debited my account i kept reversing,

Around September i bought another car and i had to call in to buy a their services for the new car, The sales person asked my about the previous account that it was outstanding and i explained that i had cancelled, well was told that i knew the terms and conditions over cancellation as they were explained when i took the service and then i reminded the person that the device was fitted with the dealer and Tracker never spoke to me around the contract.

Well the sales person assured me that she will ensure this charges against me are cancelled and then we had to proceed with purchase of new service.

New service was purchased but device was not functioning as should

Called tracker they then they can pick up that the device is faulty, they requested appointment and it was set, well no one called nor came for the appointment.

Now 4 months later, my device is not yet fixed. I am pressing the panic button as i type but they do not get the signal

Well, i had a hello peter complain last week about this and a guy called me who insisted that i was lying as technician on thier side indicated that they came to look @ my device, i tried to explain myself and the person hang up.

On Saturday last week i got an email saying tracker responded and when i checked a person sent mail and said issue resolved as agreed and i should check my emails for resolution

Our records indicate that our technician spoke to Mrs Brandtner on number 082856*** who advised technician was sent to her last week and the problem with the key tag was fixed. Thabang Selibi Customer Experience Co-Ordinator

Well i do not know the person Tracker spoke to concerning my account, How does it work? you can get my contractual concern from a Jane Doe?

Who is the person tracker called concerning my account and why?
